Joining OTG was the best thing I possibly could’ve done for my mental and physical health. Not only are the trainers genuinely so caring, they want the best for you also. Joining a gym I knew virtually nothing about was completely outside of my comfort zone, but I am so glad I did because it’s something I look forward to every week. Also I am already noticing myself getting stronger as each week goes by.

I really have to say that I really enjoy OTG. Everyone is so inspiring and they do push you to be better for yourself. I have so much confidence in myself. I personally work full-time and it’s hard for me to get up to go to the gym, but my health and the slimming down was my motivation. I am already down 30 pounds and counting you have to be dedicated and you have to want it. But I honestly say that OTG motivates you and put you on the right track to where you need to be. Owner Fil and I get trained by Kevin they are amazing. But any trainer there at the gym will go above and beyond to get you to where you need to be. 💯💯💯Recommended!!

OTG is one of the best fitness gyms I've been to. The trainers are very attentive to your fitness needs and eager to help reach your goals (Amadeo is amazing). All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the environment allows for you to come in at any fitness level and feel comfortable in your skin as you begin or maintain your fitness journey. There are so many good things I could say about OTG but I would be here all day. That said I highly recommend you give this gym a try, you will not find a better group of people to share your fitness journey with.

OTG is a hidden gem in the health and fitness business in the SE Houston area. Their staff is personable, knowledgeable and they make each member feel welcomed each an every session.Training sessions are booked easily on their app. Additionally, there are other features available on the OTG app that helps members work toward personal fitness goals outside of training sessions.I highly recommend that folks give them a try, as an alternative to a regular bigbox gym membership.

OTG is basically a second home to me. Everyone is so welcoming. Every trainer that I’ve worked with is awesome and very motivating. They encourage you to be a better version of yourself. They made me feel so comfortable to the point where I don’t even know what gym anxiety is. They have multiple workout session open to suit your time schedule. The gym is very clean and organized. Definitely glad I decided to make the move and join OTG!

OTG is awesome. After not really working out or eating right for the last decade, Fil helped me get the train back on the tracks. He is extremely knowledgeable and will be able to help you lay out a plan based off of your individual fitness goals. All of the trainers here are awesome and will push you to be a little bit better each day. They give you all of the guidance and support that you need in the gym and in the kitchen to achieve your goals. I hadn't worked out, other than walking some, in over a year because of some injuries and discouragement. I found this place on my way to research another gym. They are organized, consistent and offer a good range of hours for personal training. The trainers are not only encouraging. I love the way they explain the technique for the exercises. They tell me how to position myself and the equipment but also help me get a picture of what my muscles should be doing. I'm so glad that I stumbled across OTG. They have been exactly what I needed at this point in my health journey.

Filipe and his crew here are top notch. I was a person that is very intimidated by public gyms, had some experience with working out but wanted to perfect it more and grow more confidence. Let me tell you this is hands down best gym i’ve been to, with provided training and trainers are always there to help i wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. i work odd hours and they accommodate me and still manage to work around my schedule rather than theirs and that shows a lot! best decision i’ve made! don’t look any further give them a shot it’s beyond worth it.

This place is more than a gym. It's your 2nd (or more) chance at a healthier and more active life! The owner is amazing and will personally get you started on your journey and personalize it to you no matter where you are starting from. He will also help you with your nutrition, in easy to follow ways. Having only 1-3 people with a trainer at a time also allows them to focus on you individually to help you with your form and improve your abilities. I have used multiple and have been very happy with everyone. I honestly looked up this place over a year before I reached out. There was always going to be a better time....maybe I'd lose a little weight and get in better shape before I started so I wouldnt be embarrassed, maybe I'd wait until I felt better financially prepared, but those times never came and I finally just decided it was now or never. So getting healthy was delayed over a year....don't wait, just start. You won't regret it. I truly wish I would have put this investment in myself a long time ago.

The cleanest, most well-managed gym I've ever been a member of. I used to have a membership with 24 Hour Fitness at their Ultra Sport location, but I was always waiting for equipment, no matter what time it was. I've never been happier with my workout experience than since joining this gym. I've never had to wait to use any of the equipment, the machines are modern and well-organized, and the bathrooms/locker rooms are the cleanest I've seen at any gym. I moved further away but still prefer to make the 20+ minute commute rather than visit any of their other locations.

I have been so pleased with the progress and challenges each workout brings. No more boring routines. Chris really pushes me to the limit. My daughter just joined and she also loves the workouts. This is an awesome fitness center with great trainers. I have been going her for 2 months and I love it. I have learned how to be discipline and consistent. They educate you and frequently check in to make sure everything is going well. Some of the best things about the center is the cleanliness, small crowd, and exercise equipment. They offer group and private sessions for a reasonable price.

If you want a personalized fitness and training experience that helps you reach your weight loss/exercise goals, then look no further than OTG. Their trainers are attentive to your needs and encourage you/push you/ challenge you to get in shape and reach your fitness potential. If you are married or have friends that you want to work out with, they offer group training for no more than three individuals per session. My husband and I have had the opportunity to train together and it helps us push one another. You have 24-hr access to the gym, but they require each client to train at least once per week. It’s a mom and pop type place, so they will stay on you to ensure that you keep with your exercise routine. All in all, becoming an OTG client was one of the best decisions my husband and I have made recently.

Love this gym so much!!!!! Kevin is literally the best trainer I have had. He’s very outgoing and makes sure you are doing the right technique during workout so you don’t get injured! Very good at communicating, motivating, and very very professional!! Definitely recommend this gym. It’s more private and not as crowded due to scheduling your training days. Although if you do not need a trainer the gym is open 24 hours which I LOVE! Not just Kevin but every single trainer in there are very nice and outgoing as well as motivational. Fillipe is super professional and always welcomes his clients in. If you are looking for a gym where you want to feel comfortable this is the place to go!!!!!!!!

I started training back in July and after one month saw changes in my energy level, strength, and weight. I really enjoyed my sessions with both Kevin and Bobby. I was kind of nervous about starting and as soon as I walked through the door Kevin was always happy and welcomed me with a smile on his face. He taught me a lot of good workouts that I could do at home easily. Eventually I started working out more in the evening due to my work schedule and that’s how I started training with Bobby. If you want someone that really challenges you, go to Bobby! He was really good with teaching the correct form with weight lifting which helped me feel more confident using weights at my gym at home. If you have specific goals you want to achieve, Bobby is going to help you get there.

I don't write too many reviews but I really want to give recognition to Bobby. He is a phenomenal trainer that really knows his craft. He is able to work with each person on a personal level and he truly does bring out the best in you. Whether your doing a group session or individual session, he has the ability to see what workouts and exercises would benefit you the most. Bobby definitely knows how to push you too. At the same time, he's constantly motivating and encouraging you! Before signing up with OTG, I was feeling really defeated. I felt like I had tried everything to lose weight but just kept gaining. Fillipe took the time to sit down and analyze my eating habits and taught me how to balance my macros more efficiently. And Christian has been a great trainer! From day 1, my experience at OTG has been 5 star! Felipe provided clear guidance on how the gym worked, scheduling, billing, etc. I worked with PT Nikki who was absolutely amazing and inspiring as she worked nearly right to her pregnancy due date (talk about a Super woman!). Kevin then started training with me and he is fantastic as well! The trainers are well informed, encouraging and will give you the push to see the results you want! On top of the experience, the quality of service for the price is a great deal. You get training plus 24 hour access to the spacious and clean gym. I’m so impressed by OTG, for all of my primary care patients who are ready to take their fitness/wellness to the next level I recommend they consider OTG... Doctor’s Odors! Lol

Not only did they take the time to help make a workout plan that was specific to me they also helped out with food plans as well, to help me put on the weight I wanted to! I have been training with Nikki for about 2 weeks now! She is awesome! Really, the whole staff is great. They are very encouraging and do workouts that cater to your specific needs! They give you lots of breaks and are patient with you. I don’t have any complaints! It’s a nice, well-kept gym and the price per month is one of the cheapest in the areas. Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve worked out at. The team is super professional and is always helping you. Sessions are super easy to book and they’re convenient with time flexibility. As an OTG Fitness client I have been very pleased with my experience. My trainer is really great and started out getting to know where I was with my strength and even asked what I was looking to gain from my experience. My trainer takes time to not just train me but explains why we do each exercise which is very important to me, making exercise fun while seeing results. As a person who has little knowledge of working out or even know proper techniques when lifting weights I appreciate when I my trainer is knowledgeable and can explain the right way of doing things so I will not injure myself.The owner and also trainer gets to know each person who walks through the door and learn who they would work well with from his amazing team. I have been training with OTG for more than six months, and the experience has improved my life greatly. I love their personal touch to OTG. The fact that it was a smaller gym allows for the trainers there to have more one on one time with you and help you with your form. I also greatly appreciated working with a knowledgeable trainer such as Fillipe! It’s always nice to have a coach that understands the human body and how best to give you the results you are looking for! Above all, the biggest quality that stood out to me was that the trainers there worked at your pace and built you up they didn’t try to kill you in the beginning. So overall I definitely recommend coming here!

My husband I started working out at OTG in March. The trainers are great and teach things that can translate outside of the gym. The equipment is in great shape and the way it is set up has provided us almost private workouts. The owner is very nice, reasonable and respectful of all of his clients. This is my first experience with a trainer and small gym and I don’t ever see me going back to a large, faceless warehouse gym again!

This is by far one of the best personal training gyms I’ve trained in. Customer service is amazing. The trainers talk to you about your goals and craft a plan tailored to you to aid in the process of achieving them. The gym is clean, has friendly people, and has tons of functional equipment.

Short answer: come here. Give this gym and it's trainers a chance. You absolutely will NOT regret it!I could speak volumes about how compassionate, thoughtful, and supportive the crew is here. Aside from this, they have also cultivated a positive environment within the gym. Excellent equipment, clean facilities, not to mention helpful videos with your membership to teach you what you need, no matter what your goals might be. This gym was great! Especially during everything going on with the the virus, they were one of the only gyms opened in my area prior to reopening. Filipe was very knowledgeable on nutritional information and helping me reach my macro goals. He was also very quick to assist me with any questions about workouts or diet. The 24HR accessibility was a great perk, all the equipment is new, and since the clientele was limited to just guests and their personal trainers, I normally felt like I just had the gym all to myself. Plenty of space and friendly people overall made for a great atmosphere to get my workout on. Unfortunately I couldn’t sustain the cost longterm on my budget, but I do recommend this gym to everyone! You will be pleased!

I’ve only been coming here for a week but from the jump I really liked the atmosphere at the gym, the gym is clean, the people are all knowledgeable, kind and understanding of what’s going on with your body. The workouts are a lot of fun. Just within the first week I feel stronger, I’m sleeping better, also the facility being 24 hr access is my favorite part of this gym. I can come in and get a work out even if I’m not working 1 on 1 with someone. Thank you for what y’all do ??

Very nice facility! I don’t like working out with a lot of people around and this place made me feel very at-home and comfortable. It was an intimate setting and it allowed me all of the equipment I needed. The owner is super friendly and accommodating, and the fact that it’s open 24 hours is definitely a plus!

I love the personalized training and accountability I get here! I no longer push off my workouts and I feel so much better having a structured training routine. I also love that I don’t have to think after a long day, and can just show up and know my body will get what it needs. Leigh Ann is awesome and knows how to push me the right amount. I started coming here in Mid-October and I have never been as consistent with my workouts as I am now. Fillipe is incredibly encouraging and cares for all his clients. Leigh Ann is a wonderful trainer and has really tailored my workouts to my needs and goals. I feel so welcome here and there are truly people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. I am way more confident in the gym now and am able to make my own workouts as well as well as focus on my nutrition without the stress of a diet. 10/10 would recommend! :D

The trainers here offer nutritional and motivational support as well as a detailed workout plan to fit your own needs. The owner is extremely welcoming and wants only the best for his clients. I have never been to a gym so focused on their clients before, from the personalized workouts, Saturday group workouts, nutritional tips and accountability. OTG Fitness has it all! Great fitness shop if you're trying to get started with exercise or, if like me, you needed a tune-up to get your workouts back in proper form. They listen to what you want to accomplish and build a program to help you get moving in that direction. Have been going to this gym for several months now. I love that it's not as big or packed as many gyms in the area, but still has a wide variety of equipment and tools. The owner Fillipe is very passionate about his business, and has helped me form and focus a well structured regiment that addresses all of my fitness goals. If you’re the type of person who finds it hard to focus in big gyms like planet fitness or 24 hour fitness, OTG Fitness is the place for you. Rarely will you find that it is too crowded for you to use the equipment that you need for the day and the environment is very welcoming and lets you get locked in to get the best workout possible. Not only is it great for the lack of crowdedness, but the equipment is fantastic and the staff is the exact same. The trainers at OTG are excellent, and know tons about what they’re doing and how to accommodate to almost anyone’s schedule and needs. If you have any sort of fitness goals, and you are willing to commit 100% with your dieting and workout schedule, they can help you quickly achieve your goals. OTG is without a doubt one of the best gyms in the area and I constantly find myself recommending it to anyone who asks what new gym they should join.

I began personal training at OTG 8 weeks ago. Working out in a gym was never something I enjoyed or looked forward to. On top of that, I dreaded having a personal trainer even more because of how insecure I felt about my body. My husband and I decided to give personal training a try and OTG changed my perspective on what a gym can be and should be. The trainers are down to earth, sincerely care about you, and see something in you that you may not see in yourself. In week 8, I can honestly say that I look forward to working out and crushing it. The end of every workout feels like a victory. The workouts are intense but only 30 minutes long so they fit into my busy schedule. You don't only get a workout but Fillipe provides personal nutrition counseling. I have lost one pound a week for the past 8 weeks with 2 - 30 minute sessions /week and tweaking what I eat. My pants aren't tight anymore. I feel more confident and feel stronger. Best of all, I feel closer to my husband because we can bond over our workouts. We just renewed for another 8 weeks! Thank you OTG!

Comparing or categorizing OTG Fitness with other private fitness facilities is wholly unfair to OTG. This is because OTG, in my opinion, is unlike other facilities. I feel most want to bring you in and try and retain you long term to bolster revenue without real regard for you and your long term goals. OTG is the exact opposite of that because their goal is to equip you with the knowledge and the tools to be successful once you leave OTG. I left OTG, not only with less weight on me, but with so much information and so many workout routines that I don't see how I can't be successful in hitting my long term goals. Fantastic experience and investment in myself at OTG!

Went with a friend on a day pass to try it out. Let's just say talking to philip you can tell the passion is there. In one 10 minute conversation nutrition was explained and laid out. I 100% do recommend going to OTG.

OTG has a super positive vibe, where everyone feels welcomed regardless of ability or personal goal. Felipe is hands on with every client to make sure they are supported and reaching their goals. His personal passion is coaching people who are not naturally athletic or struggling with weight loss to believe in themselves and accomplish things they did not think possible. I am an Olympic lifter and was looking for a gym that is close to my home. I’m so glad I found this place that has everything I need. The owner Fil was so energetic, genuine, and helpful. I needed a female barbell and he purchased it right away for me which was amazing. The sound system connected to Alexa is awesome. Additional amenities include air conditioning, showers, microwave and filtered water . These are all rare amenities you don’t see in gyms from this area. Go ahead and give it a try, you will not regret it!!!

as someone who does not have much experience with a “real gym” OTG certainly set the bar high. the atmosphere is full of positivity and encouragement, while the actual space is a perfect size for those who need training! the staff is committed to helping anyone with questions varying diet, different techniques, and/or lifestyle changes. the equipment is unique and versatile for those who are experienced, yet easy enough to learn for beginners! i’ve visited this gym twice and both times there were improvements being made around the gym so that their clients have the best experience possible, this goes to show that there is an insatiable desire to be the greatest for those who choose to find it within themselves!

From the moment you walk into the gym you already know it’s not one of those regular common gyms. Everything is high end from the weights to the facilities and machines. The owner Filipe is also a very enthusiastic person who will help with anything and always gives great advice. Probably one of the best gyms I’ve been to around this area.

Hey everyone my names preston. I’ve been working with Fillipe for about two years now and it’s been a crazy journey. I watched Fillipe build this gym and watch his dream come true. This gym is by far better than any other place I’ve been to. The equipment is better than 24, anytime, and any other gym. It’s nice sized yet plenty of room for everything. There’s a variety of different workouts available. OTG fitness makes me feel very comfortable to workout with others and it’s very inviting and welcoming. Everyone always has a smile on there face and an amazing story to tell. This man and his team have really changed the game of personal training. If you haven’t checked the place out, walk ins are welcome so I strongly suggest you take a look. Awesome place to workout and even hangout. Keep up the good work OTG!

Fillipe is a top notch trainer. Super knowledgable about fitness and dieting. He is not about throwing a bunch of weight on a bar. He really listens to your needs and will tell you what works and does not. This place is 24hr, has a shower, bathroom, water, everything. Not your typical "bro gym."
