Personal Training FAQ
How long are personal training sessions?
Personal Training sessions are 30-40 minutes. It is recommended to show up 5 minutes early to warm up. Be aware that first few training sessions may be longer.
How does billing work for training?
All billing is automatic on a weekly basis and the total will vary depending on your style and frequency of training.
What happens if I miss a personal training session?
We have a 2 hour notice policy. As long as you cancel your personal training session within 2 hours of the start time, you will have the credit refunded and be able to reschedule at your convenience.
Can I work out on non-training days?
Yes! As a client, you will also get a free membership that allows for 24/7 access to the gym.
Can I work out with a partner?
Yes! We have personal training plans for partners that will guarantee you and your partner time with your personal trainer.
We also have our Semi-Private Personal Training option where we will give you a partner.
How does online fitness training work?
Our online fitness training clients get the same level of service as our clients in the gym. We have weekly check-ins and a mobile app with everything you need to reach your health and fitness goals.
What makes OTG Fitness different from the big box gyms?
OTG Fitness is a facility more focused on the individual. We are a private gym that caters strictly to private and semi-private personal training clients.
What are the hours?
Once you start training, you will receive a tag that allows you to get in the gym 24/7.
Personal training starts at 5 AM and runs until 11 AM. We take a break from training during the middle of the day and start back at 4 PM. The last training session in the evening starts at 7:30 PM.
