Training FAQ

How long are training sessions?

Training sessions are 30-40 minutes. It is recommended to show up 5 minutes early to warm up. Be aware that first few sessions may be longer.

What happens if I miss a training session?

As long as sufficient notice is given, you will be able to reschedule that session.

Can I workout on non training days?

Yes! As a client, you will also have a membership that allows for 24/7 access to the gym.

OTG Fitness is a facility more focused on the individual. We are a private gym that caters to personal training and small group classes unlike the larger gyms that have 30 and 40 people packed into 1 room for a class.

What are the hours?

Once you have a membership, you will receive a tag that allows you to get in 24/7.
