Personal Training FAQ

How long are personal training sessions?

Personal Training sessions are 30-40 minutes. It is recommended to show up 5 minutes early to warm up. Be aware that first few sessions may be longer.

What happens if I miss a personal training session?

As long as sufficient notice is given, you will be able to reschedule that training session.

Can I workout on non training days?

Yes! As a client, you will also have a membership that allows for 24/7 access to the gym.

Can I workout with a partner?

Yes! We have a personal training plan for partners that guarantees you and your partner time with your trainer.

What makes OTG Fitness different from the big box gyms?

OTG Fitness is a facility more focused on the individual. We are a private gym that caters to personal training and small group classes unlike the larger gyms that have 30 and 40 people packed into 1 room for a class.

What are the hours?

Once you sign up for training, you will receive a tag that allows you to get in the gym 24/7.
